We ship from India. Here is everything you need to know.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

During drops and high demand periods processing may take up to 10 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING — INDIA

We ship to all major cities and towns across India via trusted courier partners.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned.

TRACKING

Once your order ships you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. Use it to follow your order in real time.

DELAYS

Cancel Culture is not responsible for delays caused by:
— Courier partner delays
— Natural disasters or force majeure events
— Incorrect address provided by the customer
— Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability

If your order is stuck or delayed beyond the estimated timeframe contact us at contactcancelculture@gmail.com with your order number.

FAILED DELIVERY

If a delivery attempt fails and the package is returned to us we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package contact us within 48 hours. We will raise a dispute with the courier on your behalf. Cancel Culture is not liable for packages stolen after delivery confirmation.

WRONG ADDRESS

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Address changes cannot be made once an order has been dispatched.
