Refund policy

RETURN WINDOW

We accept returns and exchanges within 48 hours of delivery. No exceptions after this window closes.

If 48 hours have passed since your delivery confirmation, your request will not be accepted under any circumstances.

HOW TO CLAIM

To initiate a return or exchange you must:
1. Email us at contactcancelculture@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery
2. Use subject line: RETURN — [your order number] or EXCHANGE — [your order number]
3. Attach clear photos of the item including tags and packaging

We will respond within 24 hours with instructions.

RETURNS

Items must be:
— Unworn and unwashed
— In original condition with all tags attached
— In original packaging

Return fee: ₹149 — covers pickup 

Once we receive and inspect the item we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.

EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges for a different size or colour of the same product subject to availability.

Exchange fee: ₹149 — covers reverse pickup and redelivery.

This fee is charged at the time of exchange confirmation. If your requested size or colour is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE

— Items returned after 48 hours of delivery
— Items that are worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
— Items without original tags or packaging
— Sale or discounted items
— Items marked as Final Sale

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or with missing components contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

FINAL NOTE

All return and exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval. Cancel Culture reserves the right to reject requests that do not meet the above conditions.
